Cathrine Hoekstra is a mom of three, dog mom, and wife. She lives in southern Illinois (south of Chicago) with her family and is a composition instructor. A lover of books, movies, college basketball, and coffee, Cathrine’s passion is teaching and working with Veterans. Cathrine received her master’s degree in literature from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where she also met her husband, Sam. When she’s not working she enjoys Netflix binges and road trips. Although Hulu is a close second to that.
